Shipping + Returns

When will my order ship?

Our sexy shipping team ships shades Monday thru Friday*. The shipping cut off for same-day shipping is at 12pm, and they do not work nights (we aren’t AmazonPrime). If you place an order Friday at 1:00pm, it will not ship until Monday. That includes Next Day, so read up..

*On Fridays, the shipping team works shirtless. Enter warehouse with caution or excitement.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Read up on the rest here.

I need to return or exchange my Pit Vipers.

I returned something, when will I be refunded?

Once we receive your return, it will take us about 3-5 business days to process your refund. You’ll get an email notification when we do.

Order Issues

Where is my order confirmation email or tracking number?

Many email services think we are inappropriate. Check your spam folder. Tracking numbers will send once your order has shipped out, and may also be hiding in your “spam” or “promotions” folders

No. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.

We have them available for The 2000s (Z87+ and Polarized models), The Ellipticals, and The Intimidators HERE. If you need a nose piece for a different model, please email info@ultrasport.eu with your original order number.
